Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!

Q: Can I join DHKwik for free?
A: YES. You can join as a free member and take a look around the member's area and go over the DHKwik and Diamond Holiday opportunities in detail at your convenience. However, in order to be eligible for the $25 Fast Start bonuses, $350/cycle payouts and entry into the Diamond Holiday program with $1000 and repeated $15,000 payouts, you will need to upgrade in your back office.

Q: How much does a pro membership to DHKwik cost?
A: It only costs a low One-Time membership fee of $100 ($95 + $5 Processor Fee).

Q: What payment options do you offer for upgrade?
A: We offer three options for upgrading: AlertPay, LibertyReserve and Money Orders (USD currency only). Instructions for paying with a Money Order can be found by logging into your back office and clicking on the "upgrade" button. We pay out commissions through AlertPay and LibertyReserve. If you do not have an AlertPay account, you will need to get one for free by Clicking Here. We recommend you get a Personal Pro Account. Q: Can I have more than one membership in DHKwik?
A: YES. We allow pro members the ability to have multiple pro memberships. Each pro membership that you purchase in DHKwik will correspond to a postion in Diamond Holiday once you cycle the FIRST time in DHKwik. You must use different email addresses AND usernames for each position that you register.

Q: How long before I can start earning money in the DHKwik program?
A: Once you have made your $100 one-time upgrade membership fee your account will be upgraded to pro member status and you will receive entry in to the DHKwik 2x3 Forced matrix. At that time, you will be able to log in to your DHKwik members area were you will find your personal referral URL, splash pages, banners and sample solo ads, for you to start advertising the DHKwik program.

Q: How does DHKwik payout commissions and how often?
A: We payout all withdrawal requests every Friday to your AlertPay account that have been submitted by Thursday evening at Midnight. You may put in for a withdrawal request through your DHKwik Stats page for any commissions showing as owed at anytime.

Q: What do I get with my $100 one-time membership to DHKwik?
A: Pro members receive an entry into the DHKwik 2x3 forced follow-me-matrix and access to thousands of dollars worth of training downloads and marketing software. When a pro member cycles the first time in the DHKwik matrix, they are given a Diamond Holiday Voucher worth $350. Every time a pro member cycles the 2x3 DHKwik matrix after that, they will receive $350 paid directly to their AlertPay account with free re-entries to the DHKwik matrix.

Q: What do I get with my $350 Voucher to Diamond Holiday?
A: You receive a 4 day/3 night vacation at a 3-5 star resort or hotel around the world when you join Diamond Holiday with the voucher you earned by cycling in DHKwik. You also receive a position on the Holiday Board which pays out $1000 cash when you cycle out, as well as a position on the Diamond Board. When you cycle out of the Diamond Board of Diamond Holiday, you receive a cash payout of $15,000 into your e-wallet account in your back office. You also receive deeply discounted airfare, hotel, resort, cruises, car-rentals and tour packages with your Diamond Holiday membership.

Q: What kind of advertising does DHKwik allow?
A: We allow the use of optin safelists, classifieds, solo ads, use of autoresponders provided you use only quality leads with Time Stamps and ISP. If you e-mail friends and contacts, be 100% sure that they will accept these kinds of offers from you. Always include a disclaimer with a way to be removed. Caution is always needed when doing e-mail advertising. There are many of other ways to promote as well. Promote in any way you want to, as long as you do not spam. Additional Note: We do not allow the use of Guaranteed Signups for the DHKwik program or any other program that is associated with DGNS Solutions LLC. If you are caught using Guaranteed Signups, you will be deleted from the DHKwik database. Guaranteed Signups do not work for any program and are not accepted in DHKwik.

Q: What happens if I get caught spamming or DHKwik receives a spam complaint about my referral URL?
A: We have a very strict no spam policy. If you cannot prove that you are innocent, you will be deleted immediately, and forfeit all earnings you may have accumulated. No kind of IP messaging is allowed. Any spam complaint due to use of IP messengers will cause you to lose your membership without further notice. If we are forced to close down or lose our domain because of anyone spamming, we will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law. It may be wise to use a redirect link that cloaks the real URL if you are not 100% sure that your advertising is safe.

Q: If I decide I would like to cancel my DHKwik membership, how would I do this?
A: To cancel your account you can put in a request through the cancel page in your DHKwik members area. Please note though that your pro membership is a one-time payment and should you remain an active member you can still advance through the 2x3 matrix and earn your Diamond Holiday voucher and continued payouts of $350 through DHKwik, along with the Fast start bonuses you receive when someone signs up from your referral link.
